If you are choosing to purchase and deliver the items on a family or individual’s wish list, please download the donation form. When you bring your gifts to one of the listed drop-off dates, please also bring this form and attach any receipts from your purchases. We are only able to offer a charitable tax receipt if you provide proof of purchase. Thank you!
